process paintings from the past 3 weeks
I’m taking a studio painting course on the Brooklyn campus, and since I had little previous painting experience I decided to do a series of explorations. Differences in color, gesture, medium, and surface possibility have all been part of the experiment.
Naomi Klein gets me so fired up

(Fortunately or) Unfortunately I am still expanding the possibilities for my topic but seem to be approaching something that really resonates with me. I keep returning to the topic of awareness of place, as well as the connection with a localContinue reading “Still expanding the possibilities”
